TAKING A STEP BACK AND SEEING THE PROBLEM
“Before I started the program, I wasn’t problem aware. I didn’t know that I was having. Celia referred me to you, so I’ve been working with her for probably a year just trying to get things going. “My positioning really just wasn’t clear. I wasn’t really communicating the value that I could actually deliver to clients. So through the program, we’ve really dialled that in quite a bit. […] and not just positioning but also the entire onboarding process.”

“Now, I think what I’ve come to see is that I learned digital marketing through another program. And they teach the strategies of how to do certain things. But they don’t necessarily teach you those intangibles that you really need to push your business forward. It’s one thing to be able to advertise or run an ad on social media, or whatever the case may be. It’s a whole other thing to really shape your entire business to show that value proposition so that you’re actually delivering that value that you say that you can.”
