Chief of Staff to CEO – Execution and Leverage (Remote)

This role will not be a fit for 99% of candidates reading it. You will be working with an incredibly fast-paced, neurodivergent CEO who works at a pace that very few people can sustain. You will need to be a top 1% A- Player with a proven track record of high performance. There is zero space for mediocrity and this is not a typical 9-5.

Aureus Financial is scaling at over 100% year on year across nine business divisions. We are building toward a $100M group and are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as the CEO’s execution partner during this next phase of growth.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will be taking over from a task-oriented EA model and stepping into a significantly higher-impact position. The expectation is ownership, judgment, and execution leadership.

You will run the CEO’s inbox and calendar because that is where priorities are created or destroyed. But your real job is to convert strategy into shipped outcomes, create clarity across teams, and ensure nothing critical stalls due to lack of structure or follow-through.

If you have at least 5 years experience working closely with fast-paced founders or c suite executives in high-growth environments, you will recognise the pace and responsibility immediately. If you are looking for a predictable, task-driven support role, this will not be a fit.

What You Will Own
CEO inbox and calendar as strategic tools. Execution cadence for CEO priorities. Project tracking, accountability, and delivery across divisions. Systems that create visibility and reduce friction. Follow-through on strategic initiatives and commitments.

How Success Is Measured
CEO trust and satisfaction at 9/10 or higher. CEO priorities moving forward without repeated follow-up. Increased CEO focus on strategy and growth. Faster execution and cleaner accountability across teams.

You Are Likely a Fit If
You have operated in a high-growth business. You think in systems and frameworks. You communicate clearly and decisively. You are comfortable pushing back and making judgment calls. You care deeply about outcomes and execution quality.

You Are Not a Fit If
You identify primarily as a task-based EA. You need detailed instructions to take action. You avoid accountability or difficult conversations. You prefer slow-moving, highly structured environments.
