We are looking for someone who can balance genuine client care with commercial results. Someone who sees a second service opportunity in every conversation and knows how to ask for the close.
What You Will Do:
Run unified onboarding that eliminates duplicate data requests and gets clients moving fast
Guide clients through sequenced delivery across Accounting, Education, Wealth, and Growth services
Lead strategic roadmap sessions to uncover and close cross-sell opportunities
Manage the referral program, qualify leads, and route them to Sales Pods
Capture client wins and turn them into internal fuel and external proof
Own retention, communication cadence, and client satisfaction scores

- $100K base + super + commissions
