Client Success Manager

Aureus Financial is a leading Australian financial services firm dedicated to helping six- and seven-figure business owners maximise profit and build personal wealth.

Our core solutions include The Wealth Mastery Machine and The Profit Mastery Machine—systems designed to demystify finance and deliver fast, tangible results.

We are looking for a responsible Accounts Specialist who will be managing end-to-end AP and AR processes, supporting general accounting administration, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations.

The Client Success Manager role is to provide ongoing support to our clients, promote engagement, optimise our education packages and maximise renewals. This will be achieved by building rapport with clients, assist them with the right support and resources, anticipate their needs, actioning feedback and ensuring they are receiving undeniable value from working with us.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and offboarding clients and setting them up for success
Continuous improvement of programs, systems and processes
Back-end support and administration, including scheduling of meetings and events, management of community and Academy, development of collateral, and mass client communications
Client enquiries via phone, email and online chat
Client engagement, including monitoring of attendance to group calls, completing and returning action items
Connecting clients with each other, our team and with the program
Be active in our Aureus Academy community and reach out to members via text, messaging, email and calls
Collecting feedback from clients and asking for referrals and reviews
Office management and reception duties
Support the Profit Coaches and triage community chats and conversations.

Role Requirements

At least 2+ years of proven experience with client relations and/ or similar roles
Client management experience
Experience in admin
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates client needs before they arise.
Data-driven with experience in CRM systems (Close and Asana preferred) and dashboards.
Proactivity and use of initiative
Proficient in online systems and programs such as G Suite, Zoom etc.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Remuneration:

We provide a competitive remuneration package of 2000 – 2500 AUD depending on experience.
