We’re looking for a Knowledge & Learning Systems Leader to revolutionize how we capture, share, and leverage our intellectual property across seven business divisions: Marketing, Sales, Education, Wealth, Accounting, Growth Partners, and Operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the documentation of critical company knowledge and processes
- Create engaging, effective training assets that actually work
- Deliver training that sticks, with measurable knowledge transfer
- Improve processes to eliminate inefficiencies and duplication
- Build centralized knowledge systems that make information accessible when needed
We’ll Measure Success By:
- How completely our IP is documented and protected
- How effective our training programs are at building capabilities
- How much we improve efficiency through better knowledge sharing
- How seamlessly our divisions can access and leverage collective knowledge
