Purpose of Position
Aureus Financial specialises in providing profit and wealth coaching to small businesses within the professional services, coaching, consulting, trades, allied health, and fitness industries. We help our clients make sense of their financials, enabling them to improve profitability, increase cash flow, and build personal wealth.
The Profit Coach works closely with our Profit Analysts and clients to implement our financial strategies and frameworks. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their financial journey and ensuring their success. As a Profit Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards achieving financial success.
Role Requirements
This position requires that you possess and/or obtain the following skills:
- At least 10 years of proven experience in a coaching or advisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- A deep understanding of business KPIs and metrics, and the ability to guide clients towards their financial goals
- Experience in liaising with different business units and collaborating on opportunities
- Experience in a financial or business-related field is a bonus
- Preferably has had experience and can demonstrate a track record of operating their own business, creating tailored strategies for business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate one-on-one and accountability calls with our Accelerate clients, guiding them through the implementation of our frameworks and strategies
- Utilise a traffic light grading system for our clients, ensuring there is a clear pathway to ascend clients through each stage, ensure 0% of our clients are red and never more than 20% of our clients are yellow. Getting clients to green is growing their business revenue with healthy profits above 20%, a path to 3x cash to expenses and a clear valuation methodology that is improving each quarter
- Deliver an excellent onboarding experience for our Education clients that sets them up for success and ensures renewal
- Ensure our clients are aware of and attending our regular event schedule
- Liaise with our other business units and collaborate on opportunities that arise, ensuring a holistic approach to our client’s financial success
- Work closely with our Profit Analysts, who will provide the back-end analysis to support your coaching efforts. Review monthly performance reports and KPIs and provide actionable insights to our clients to improve their financial results
- Continual improvement and maintenance of programs to ensure we are leading the way in profit coaching
- Foster community via great social engagement and organising high quality events
