We’re looking for a Social Media Leader who understands professional and financial services, and who can elevate our brand across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and help us grow our following of 60,000+ to help us impact more Australian business owners.
What You’ll Do
- Craft Industry-Relevant Content: Produce high-impact posts and short-form videos tailored to our audience of business owners, financial advisers and professional service firms. You will have the support of expert video editors, graphic designers and copywriters to execute your ideas.
- Build Authority & Trust: Design and implement strategies that grow followers, boost engagement and position Aureus Financial as the go-to expert in profit and wealth coaching for business owners.
- Run Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) that generate qualified leads for our wealth-advisory programmes, workshops and signature offerings. You will be mentored by our Marketing Leader and ads expert who has successfully run multi million dollar campaigns
- Analyse & Report: Track key metrics—reach, engagement, click-through rates and conversions—and translate data into clear recommendations for optimising future campaigns.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor social media developments in professional and financial services, identify emerging opportunities and apply best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Advisory Teams: Work closely with our content, sales and advisory teams to ensure messaging aligns with client pain points, regulatory considerations and our brand promise.
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Social Media Leader or similar role, ideally within professional services, accounting, financial advisory or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends and compliance considerations for financial services.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager—structuring campaigns, setting budgets, A/B testing ad creatives and optimising for lead generation and conversions.
- Excellent copywriting skills and a knack for transforming complex financial concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest social content.
- Data-driven mindset: you love analysing metrics, drawing insights and iterating quickly to improve performance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple platforms, projects and deadlines without missing a beat.
- Strong communication skills—able to present ideas and results clearly to stakeholders across marketing, sales and advisory functions.

Remuneration
We provide a competitive remuneration package of Php 75,000- Php 100,000 depending on experience along with bonus and other benefits.
