If you love being the calm, organised person everyone relies on, this is the seat for you. At Aureus Wealth Advisers, you won’t just be processing paperwork behind the scenes. You’ll be the trusted link between our clients, our advisers and our paraplanning team, the person who makes sure every piece of advice lands exactly when and how it should.
This role matters because our clients are trusting us with their financial future. When you get the details right, advice gets delivered on time, files stay clean and clients feel genuinely looked after. That’s the difference you’ll make, every single day.
You’ll own the smooth running of client files and advice delivery for our Wealth team, from preparing documents ahead of appointments through to making sure every Statement of Advice is implemented correctly. You’ll build real relationships with clients, Directors, Advisers and Paraplanners so nothing falls through the cracks. And you’ll bring the kind of calm, proactive follow-through that lets our advisers focus on what they do best: giving great advice.
