Lucas is passionate about supporting the self-employed. Working with owner-operators across finance and compliance solutions for two decades, he still loves to hear the ‘why’ someone set out in business, along with the journey of scaling to success and challenges they have had to overcome to achieve their goals.
Lucas’ passion for small business extends to the family life, where his children help pitch in operating a farm-stay in Tasmania (think fresh blueberry ice-cream, farm animals and camping!).
For downtime, he’ll always be found supporting his kid’s sports teams or chasing an elusive PB at Park Run.
