In his 15-year professional career and start-up business, he learned the importance of self-motivation, planning and setting goals. These values are not only applied in his career but also his personal life.
Some of Michael’s noteworthy accomplishments have been travelling to over 70 countries, completing an MBA while learning a new role, and physical challenges including Wimp 2 Warrior, Tough Mudder and triathlons. All these challenges have shaped Michael to be the person he is now. It allowed him to mentally look at change as not only a new challenge but a new growth opportunity.
