Accountant
Onell is a dedicated and detail-oriented accountant who is passionate about delivering value to clients through efficiency and clear, effective communication. With experience in Australian public practice and a background in commercial accounting and private equity in Sri Lanka, Onell has worked with a diverse range of clients from sole traders, partnerships to companies and trusts, ensuring their tax obligations are managed seamlessly.
She holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Griffith University, where she was recognised with the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence and the Dickfos Dunn Adam Postgraduate Auditing Prize for the 2024 academic year. Onell is also an ACCA Affiliate, reflecting her commitment to technical excellence and continuous growth.
Proficient in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, MS Office and G Suite, she is quick to adapt to new technologies and enjoys finding smarter, streamlined ways of working that benefit both clients and her team.
Outside of work, Onell enjoys volunteering, tutoring and exploring new places and experiences. An avid cricket fan, she’s much better at cheering from the sidelines than swinging a bat- but loves the game all the same.
