Daphne is the Head of Group Operations at Aureus Financial, where she is responsible for driving profitability, scalability, and operational excellence across the business. After three years as Executive Assistant to the COO and progressing into Operations Manager, she now leads group-wide initiatives that standardise high-performing processes, strengthen productivity, and prepare the organisation for its next phase of growth.
She plays a key role in improving the wages-to-revenue ratio, building AI and digital readiness, and delivering cross-division reporting that enables smarter, faster decisions – ensuring the business operates efficiently as it grows.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, and values spending time with her husband and two kids in her hometown of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
