Oliver Whitton

Oliver has a history in retail management, leading teams of up to 30 team members who were responsible for selling and replenishing $20-30 million worth of product per year. He quickly realised that although he enjoyed what he was doing overall, his drive for getting up in the morning and going to work came from the passion of developing his team into positions they desired within the business and advancing their careers.
This passion has carried over into his line of work in the coaching/advisory industry. Oliver gets great satisfaction knowing that when he invites a client to our program, they are setting themselves up for success beyond what they know is possible both professionally and personally.
In his spare time, Oliver trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a blue-belt which he acquired in March of 2023.
